Job Summary

At Renaissance Care we are constantly striving to offer the best possible care to residents in our homes, which are situated across Scotland. We are looking for a talented, passionate and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our head-office team. We employ over 700 staff mostly within the care homes and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and participating in the recruitment process for the group, including associated administration, to ensure it is being executed effectively.

The hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a view to the successful applicant starting in February. A competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate commensurate with their experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to candidate enquiries/applications, shortlisting CV’s and assisting with the management of successful applications, ensuring that all the relevant checks are competed and the recruitment processes comply with corporate, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with agencies, home managers and candidates as part of the recruitment process, ensuring a high level of service is delivered to the organisation and external candidates
  • Collating, analysing and recording recruitment data, vacancy information and costs for management reporting
  • Creating and posting adverts in line with the given job descriptions/ specifications, and monitor the performance of various sourcing strategies/ advertising platforms

Qualifications and Skills

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience in a similar recruitment position
  • Be able to work on their own initiative and maintain confidentiality
  • Possess excellent communication and time management/ organisational skills
  • Be experienced with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
